What is Kirby?

Kirby is a franchise of platformer games developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo. It is about Kirby, the cute pink creature with the power to copy the abilities of those he sucks up with his vaccum mouth. In most games, Kirby gets to save his home planet Popstar from various threats.
